This is one of the scotch roof houses built in the Area of Zithobeni, Bronkhorstspruit. We gave our client a good-looking big, single storey (180m²) with a nice and and simple open plan. The front door opens up to a nice and open lounge with a feature wall for the sound system/TV, which devides itself from from the dining area to the kitchen.
The house has got three bedrooms ( including a master bedroom) . an open master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a master bathroom, which can fit in both a shower and a corner bath. A house with a double garage with a drive-thru to the back yard with a small garden, suited just right for the family.
